Products are shipped within 3 working days after the payment is received, unless otherwise indicated.
If an extra feature will be added, products will be shipped within a week. Custom-made products are shipped within 4 weeks after the payment is received.
Shipping is performed worldwide by ELTA Hellenic Post. All parcels are linked to a tracking number in order to have a safe trip.
A shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.
All sales are considered final.
We will only accept returns due to repair issues.
In the unlikely event of damage during shipment it is important that you keep the original product and packaging and contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a refund from ELTA, and a product replacement.
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Buoy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping costs due to a repair will be refunded.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and sent back to your indicated address.
All buoy products are very carefully handmade and packaged by us, so we guarantee premium quality without flaws. If however something is wrong with your product don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. Buoy will repair any damaged items that occur from possible production errors, free of charge.
