Tracking your order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received.

Item availability

Buoy products are usually one of a kind. If you want to buy more pieces of the same product please e-mail us at hello@thebuoyproject.com and we will inform you about the availability.

All items on our e-shop are in stock unless noted ‘SOLD OUT’. If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please e-mail us at hello@thebuoyproject.com to request an email notification when the item is available again.

Extras

All products under the tab extras are add-ons for a wetbuoy, coverbuoy or lucidbuoy product. They are not a product on their own.

Pricing

All prices are final and include VAT 24%.

Payment methods

Buoy accepts PayPal and all Credit Cards through Paypal's Card payment System. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash on delivery. You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase on our shop.
